Billing

Neuropsychological Evaluation: Payment must be made, in full, at the time of service. We provide an itemized “Super Bill” to each patient that they may submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Additionally, we provide relevant billing codes to patients prior to an evaluation so that you can contact your insurer to learn the extent of coverage provided by your plan. Occasionally, insurance companies require a copy of the report, which patients receive during the feedback appointment.

Individual Therapy and Concussion Support: Payment is made at the time of initial diagnostic interview. Follow-up appointments are billed to your chosen payment method that we have on file for you.

Accepted Payment Types

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Venmo). Many patients choose to use Care Credit (Carecredit.com), which is a line of credit for medical care. Payment can be made via a secure link that we email to you, through our website, or in-person at the time of treatment. A 3% service charge is applied to credit card payments and mobile payment forms, but not to Care Credit payments.

Billing FAQ's

Why do pediatric and adult evaluations have different fees?

Pediatric evaluations often require additional components such as parent interviews, teacher questionnaires, school records review, and developmental history. Adult evaluations are tailored to different referral questions and typically rely more on self-report and clinical interview.

All evaluation fees include the clinical interview, testing time, scoring and interpretation, a comprehensive written report, and a feedback session to review results and recommendations.

Pricing may vary based on the complexity of the referral question, the number of tests required, and the amount of collateral information needed (e.g., school or medical records).

We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Yes. Payment is typically due prior to or on the day of testing. Specific payment policies will be reviewed during the initial consultation.

We understand that cost can be a barrier to care. To make our services more accessible, we now offer sliding scale fees for eligible families and individuals. During your initial consultation, we can discuss eligibility and determine a fee that works for your situation, ensuring you can access the neuropsychological support you need.

We also recognize that students may have unique financial considerations. To support access to neuropsychological services, we offer reduced fees for current university students. Proof of enrollment is required, and student pricing is applied during your initial consultation.
